Relaxing Gong Bath

Service Description

Come and join us on Sunday evenings for our Gong Baths. A truly relaxing experience! Lying on a yoga mat, wrapped in a blanket, experience the sounds of chimes. singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion wash over you. This will take you into an altered state of consciousness which allows for deeper levels of relaxation to be reached. No experience is necessary. Blankets and mats are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring water, and wear comfortable clothing. Doors open 15 minutes before the start and close 2 minutes before the start time. No entry is allowed after this.
