Pyramid Power Hour

Service Description

During a Power Hour session we work on your chakras. After scanning your chakra system, a variety of instruments are used to address imbalances in your energy system. ​You’ll sit (or lie) within a healing pyramid structure whilst Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, mantra and more are played around you, bathing you in their healing sound. The pyramid is a powerful tool for chakra work and it helps to harmonise mind, body and soul.
