Full Moon Gong Bath

Service Description

The full moon is a time for letting go of things which no longer serve you. Our full moon gong bath is created with this aim in mind and utilises gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and crystal singing bowls, along with a ritual release of old energies. This is a powerful session which includes guided meditations, a fire release ritual and a ceremonial cacao ceremony. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine which helps us connect with our inner wisdom. It opens the heart space and allows to experience our activities on a deeper level. Cacao stimulates the cardiovascular system and is also a wonderful superfood. We prepare our cacao to be gluten free and suitable for vegans. We exclusively use cacao from Keith’s Cacao, which is sourced from Guatemala and prepared in the traditional way, to assure full potency, clean product, and the best flavour. Mahala is a certified Keith’s Cacao Practitioner.
