Monday Mantra for Recognising You are Whole

We often tell ourselves that if we change this aspect of ourselves, achieve that, have the other, then we'll be happy, complete, good enough.

This mantra helps us to recognise that we are *whole right now*. It helps us see that everything we need is inside of us and that by being here, and being grateful *now* we can truly be alive in the present moment.
