This mantra is in praise of the Goddess Durga and outlines her omnipresent nature. She is described as the embodiment of power, peace and intelligence in all beings and the mantra asks that she bless us with happiness and inner power.
It is such a lovely mantra to use; it always fills me with peace and gives me a huge sense of connection when I use it. With a little practice, this is easy to pronounce too, so don’t be put off by the complicated looking words!
