Monday Mantra for Grounding and Stress Relief

When we're feeling stressed, we're ungrounded; grounding can help relieve the stress. The root chakra is where we need to focus for grounding - it’s literally our base, our roots, so if this is shaky, it’s no wonder we feel stressed.

Making sure we're properly grounded can also prevent stress, so this mantra is aimed at keeping us grounded and better able to handle stress.
